What happens if my portable toilet gets tipped over?

Call us as soon as possible so that we can send a technician to come and clean or replace the unit, depending on the severity of the incident.

What sanitary supplies come with each rental?

All units are supplied with hand sanitizer in each unit. We also offer hand wash stations with antibacterial hand soap and freshwater.

How often are the rentals serviced?

Depending on the amount of time that you have rented the unit(s) for, they will be serviced either on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Do you have ADA compliant units?

Yes, ask us about price differences and our availability.

How far in advance should I begin the rental process?

Reach out to us as soon as you can to ensure that we can meet all of your needs.

Can I rent a unit for just one day?

Yes! Ask us about pricing for single day rentals!

How can I pay my invoice?

We accept all major credit cards. Checks are also accepted in advance.

What is the required amount for deposit?

Deposits may be required for luxury trailer rentals, however for porta potty rentals, the full invoice amount is required to move forward.

How do I know how many toilets my event will need?

For large events, we recommend one unit per 50 people for up to five hours. For construction sites, we recommend one unit per 10 workers for a 40 hour work week.
